In my last post I discussed the Obama Administration and control.  The amount of control being wielded by this administration is beyond comprehension.  The President of the United States now has a policy in place that authorizes the assassination of an American Citizen anywhere in the world--including in America--based on the suspicion of being a terrorist.  I'll let the President's top Counterterrorism Adviser, John Brennan explain:

I know what you're thinking.  "Oh, he's just talking about those Jihadists and Radical Islamists."  But are you sure?  Here's what he had to say about those groups:

Ok, so no Global War on Terror, no Jihadists, no Radical Islam, but a War on Al Qaeda.  This is where CIA Director Panetta's defense of this Assassination program becomes important:

"And yes he's a US Citizen but he is first and foremost a terrorist, and we're going to treat him like a terrorist. We don't have an assassination list, but I can tell you this we have a terrorist list and he's on it."

So Brennan says "dozens of citizens" are on the list, and Panetta says you're first and foremost a terrorist rather than an American.  You now have a policy, direct from the President, where the President decides who lives or dies.  There's no trial, no attorney, no judge, no due process.  If they believe you are a terrorist, for you there is no Constitution.

Glenn Greenwald of Salon.com who has been investigating explains on MSNBC:

Since the Constitution doesn't seem to apply to any American Citizens that ends up on this list, regardless of whether or not they are within the United States or any country around the world, we have to ask ourselves, how do they determine who terrorists are?

According to this Missouri report Militias, Birthers, Pro Lifers, Conspiracy Theorists, and  "Christian Identity" are  considered a threat. The report also cites "Anti-Government Propaganda" including anti-abortion material, the Gadsen Flag, American Flags, and the Upside Down American Flag as symbols of Militia members.

Our Constitution says that our rights to due process come from our Creator, not our government.  Here, without any oversight, the President can give an order denying any American those rights based on the suspicion that they are terrorists.  This is blatantly un-Constitutional.  This is Obama playing judge and jury, and dare I say, playing God
