Jennifer Aniston, 42, has claimed that she used Botox once, but never used it again because she hated its “hard effect.”

The “Horrible Bosses” actress insists that she uses only skin serums and regular facials to keep her skin youthful.

But Aniston’s recent appearance on Bravo’s “Inside the Actor’s Studio,” in which her face seemed somewhat stiff and wrinkle-free, had some experts wondering if she had partaken in some modern anti-aging aids.

“She may have had some Botox to her forehead, brow, and crows’ feet to minimize wrinkling in these areas,” Chicago-area plastic surgeon Dr. Sreekant Cherukuri, who does not treat Aniston, told FOX411.com. “It also looks like she certainly could have had dermal filler, either Restylane, Juvederm or Radiesse to her nasolabial folds and cheek regions to provide youthful volume.”

Having watched a video clip of her appearance on the program several times, Chicago-area plastic surgeon Dr. Peter Geldner agrees that it appears Aniston has used Botox—and some other modern beauty secrets.

“Ms. Aniston has diminished activity of the upper lip in spontaneous speech,” Geldner, who does not treat Aniston, explains to FOX411.com. “You can scarcely see her upper incisors. There are several potential reasons for this; the most likely are fillers of the upper lip and nasolabial folds which stiffen the tissues preventing their movement—or Botox in the upper lip of area around the nose. You can almost see her push up on the upper lip with the lower lip.”

But one plastic surgeon disagrees, and credits Aniston’s good genes for her youthful appearance.

“I see no evidence that she’s partaken in Botox based on this clip,” Michigan-based plastic surgeon Dr. Anthony Youn, who does not treat Aniston either, tells FOX411.com. “Unlike some actresses in Hollywood, her forehead actually does move, which is proof that there is no Botox there. If she’s had Botox, it’s really subtle. I think she’s eaten right, taken good care of her skin, and may have had a chemical peel or two, but no obvious Botox.”
