Now, this is government the way it should be.

Rep. Tim Scott (R) SC, submitted a bill, which was quickly passed,  denying the National Labor Relations Board's ability to block any company's right to hire employees wherever the need arises. The NLRB has taken Boeing to court because Boeing chose to build a new plant in Charleston, SC, rather than adding more employees at its plant in Washington state, which boasts more than 75,000 workers.

Scott's bill wasn't a 1,200 page monstrosity with bits and pieces for all of the congressional vultures to prey upon, but rather, a one sentence bill that clearly denotes a restricted action. In essence, a bill that states very clearly what Government cannot do.

The executive summary, in fact,  was actually longer--by three sentences--than Rep. Tim Scott's bill itself.

Even better, Rep. Scott is a Tea Party member with a strong backing in South Carolina. Even better than that? The brilliant Tim Scott is a Black Conservative, who will continually be admired by millions of Conservatives all over the US  who are, quite frankly, very proud of  "Their Brother."

The bill is slated to go to the Senate, where it will almost certainly be voted down and tabled by the Democrats, thereby allowing the entire population of the United States to actually see what the Democrats are clearly all about.

That being:  "No New Jobs."

Therefore, Scott has performed a brilliantly effective move, in three dimensional congressional chess, of  how to defeat the Democrats in one fell swoop by using their own ideology against them.

Below is the story from the Post and Courier located in Charleston SC, oh and by the way, Charleston SC is a bastion of Conservatism. Think about that while you might also ponder the NLRB's preposterous actions in taking Boeing to court after Obama just blew over a half a billion dollars in the Solyndra deal:

The U.S. House of Representatives has passed South Carolina Congressman Tim Scott's bill to "prohibit the National Labor Relations Board from ordering any employer to close, relocate, or transfer employment under any circumstance."

The 1 p.m. vote broke largely along party lines, as expected, with the Charleston-area Republican's colleagues supporting his bid to limit the federal agency's authority.

Scott proposed the legislation this summer in response to the NLRB's complaint against Boeing. The NLRB has alleged Boeing built a second 787 Dreamliner production facility in South Carolina in retaliation for union strikes at its main Washington state aircraft plant.

Scott's bill, which is called the Protecting Jobs from Government Interference Act, prompted a heated debate on the House floor.

Republicans painted the legislation as an important step toward job creation. Democrats decried it as an attack on American workers' rights, calling it "The Outsourcers' Bill of Rights."

The proposal is not expected to clear the Democratic-controlled U.S. Senate.
