Not sure if this was the best way to respond, but Rick Perry gets kudos for not taking himself soooo seriously.
By the way, Rick Perry, despite forgetting the third department that he would eliminate, probably still knew how many US States actually exist.
It's 50 US States and 57 Arab States, in case anyone was wondering....
For all of those political gurus out there stating "Perry is done" don't forget that this Obama Youtube jewel was also dispensed on the campaign trail....I'm just saying...
