The word fascinating just doesn't do my own personal brand of consternation justice these days.

Fonda is scared of OUR candidates? What about hers?

What, for heaven's sake, has her Messiah done to make things better--either here in America or in the world at large? Further, how can an avowed Christian go against a resounding field of obviously Christian-oriented candidates only to remark on how scared she is of them, her fellow believers?

Maybe she prefers a more secularly-oriented Manchurian candidate, who knows? But for Fonda to state that she is "scared" seems to cast in stone precisely what we have been thinking all along.

Party and ideology trumps everything when we talk about the Liberals, even for those same Liberals who claim to be devout non-seculars.

It's ideology ahead of even salvation for these folks, and therein lies the truly spooky part.

Scary Indeed....
