With the current passing of the Dodd/Frank Financial Regulatory reform, which conatins within it provisions to track every single personal checking account and credit card transaction, we must look back at the other measures of control that this administration has passed, attempted to pass, or stated as a goal.

Within the 2009 economic stimilus law was the provision that within the health records of every American must be a record of their BMI index. From CNS News:

"Section 3001 of the stimilus law says, "The National Coordinator shall, in consultation with other appropriate Federal agencies (including the National Institute of Standards and Technology), update the Federal Health IT Strategic Plan (developed as of June 3, 2008) to include specific objectives, milestones, and metrics with respect to the following: (i) The electronic exchange and use of health information and the enterprise integration of such information.‘‘(ii) The utilization of an electronic health record for each person in the United States by 2014."

"Under this mandate in the stimulus law, Secretary Sebelius issued a regulation--developed by Dr. Blumenthal--that requires that all Electronic Health Records keep track of a person’s Body Mass Index (BMI) score."

Move Over SEC, FBI, Now We have The  BMI

Now why would it be necessary to report exactly how fat each and every American is to the Federal Government? Control. Under Universal Healthcare their will inevitably be rationing. you cannot add a limited service to everyone and expect supplies to cover everyone, there will be people reviewing these files and determining if you are worthy of a procedure based on your health and lifestyle. The Obama Administration shows that it embraces this form of rationing by Recess Appointing Dr. Donald Berwick to head Medicare and Medicaid.

Dr. Berwick has already said he will ration with this statement, "The decision is not whether or not we will ration care. The decision is whether we will ration with our eyes open. And right now, we are doing it blindly."

Add to that his praise of the British Socialized healthcare system in 2008 and outcry of, "We must MUST redistribute wealth."  Video

Your BMI index will be a factor to determine whether or not you recieve care. CONTROL.

Wounding The Eagle's Right Wing

As a Senator, Barack Obama was skeptical of several provisions within the Patriot Act, even signing a letter with other Senators to have several provisions changed or removed.  Yet President Barack Obama renewed the Patriot Act, why? Control.

To explain we have to take note of who this administration considers terrorists. " A nationwide operation targeting white supremacists and "militia/sovereign-citizen extremist groups," including a focus on veterans from Iraq and Afghanistan, according to memos sent from bureau headquarters to field offices."

Combine that with the inability of the administration to acknowledge "Radical Islam" and to go so far as to claim that "Jihad is a legitimate tenet of Islam" it's clear where the focus has gone to in searching for terrorists.

If your right wing, a conservative, or a veteran than you are a potential terrorist and the Obama Administration will use the Patriot Act to investigate you. CONTROL.
