Conservative Refocus

"Obama is not a Marxist, that's simply ridiculous!"
These are the words that have continually rebuffed those of us who are adamantly referred to as being Conservative radicals for criticizing the Obama Administration's ongoing war on capitalism and of course, energy. And yet, a recent story that came to us from Fox News, seems to prove our contentions outrageously correct, and in spades. You see, one of the most basic theories of Communist Marxism is the fact that Karl Marx, the originator of Marxism, felt that the State should take whatever it needed from the people in order to pay for its costs of providing services to the proletariat, in this case healthcare services to US Citizens, as a Collectivist economic necessity.

Once all of the expenses had been paid by the State or the entity under the State's authority, whatever was leftover was mandated to be directed back towards the people and redivided amongst the workers according to each individual's efforts or initial investment.
In Marxist theory, one of the repeatedly illustrated quotes is this one:
"From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs"
Which might seem noble enough, to some, until typical human nature takes over and recognizes that no matter how hard one works or creates, that same individual gets back what some other arbitrary individual decides, who is located in a centralized labyrinthian bureau in the heart of the State's seat. Once that "Eureka" moment occurs, all bets are off as to the final dispensation of the shared poverty that once upon a time was shared wealth. Look at North Korea, if you have any doubts. So, how does all of this Marxist talk apply to Obamacare?

Well, the answer can be found in the article further below, which states that non-compliant insurance companies will be required to refund any money not used for medical purposes or administrative expenses, as deduced by the State. So, is the government now telling an industry how much money it can make? You betcha! As Sarah Palin would say. The Federal Government has now decided how much money is enough for corporate insurers.....(Pshhh!....whatever you do, don't tell the insurance company stockholders; they're gonna be really pissed when they hear that Uncle Sam just threw out their reason for investing in the first place).
Now, the one thing to remember is that many companies in the US voluntarily redistribute excess funds via dividends or in the form of Co-op's or Mutual Companies, often enough, and are even glad to do so. However, once again, these companies do so voluntarily and as part of their reasoning for attracting and keeping customers in the first place. However, when such refunding is mandated by the state, in this case the Obama White House, and against the various companies' wishes, this is Marxism at its most basic, with an artful Obama twist.
Therefore, wildly proving that Obamacare is modeled off of basic Marxist theory. The story below, gives us the details, as written by Judson Berger of Fox News.
Oh....and....Welcome to Marxism America!
Ready for another round of stimulus? This time, it's courtesy of the insurance industry -- though Uncle Sam is forcing the payouts.
Millions of Americans stand to receive insurance company rebates by the end of the summer, as a result of a new requirement in the federal health care overhaul that strictly governs how insurers spend their cash.
The insurance industry, along with a slew of state officials, have been fighting the policy. Based on rules that were issued at the end of last year, Washington will require insurers to spend between 80 and 85 percent of premium dollars on medical care. Insurance companies that violate the rule will be required to effectively refund their customers.
