Conservative Refocus

It could be said by some that the last couple of weeks have been nothing, if not a bizarre collection of Progressive political inanities, at best, in America, while the worst aspects of change we can believe are now coming into its dreaded full fruition, in fact.

It all seemed to have begun, sort of, with the Trayvon Martin-Media Mash v. George Zimmerman episode, which actually started well over a  month ago, even with many other things coalescing at the same time. El Presidente', after trying to blame the Republicans and Rush Limbaugh for Obama's own direct and unwarranted attack on the Church in the form of forcing the provisioning of contraceptives, had then moved on to incite a Media Matters attack on Limbaugh himself, which ultimately led to Limbaugh's radio show actually increasing its listenership by up to 60% in some cities.

Ironically, rather than Rush getting the can, somehow, these last few days, we ended up with the mortally wounded reputation of Liberal Bill Maher, along with a completely deleted Left-leaning Chandelier in Keith Olbermann from Current TV, and a disdainfully discarded caustic Progressive in Rosie O'Donnell, who got the can from none other than Queen Oprah, herself.

Now, how in the world, did all of this carnage on the political Left happen when the Iconic Conservative Right was the designated target?  Perhaps some larger force at work?

Oh, but the fun was just beginning....

We then had the NY Times actually manufacturing a new race of man in order in to fully vilify their fellow Democrat shooter, euphemistically being "George the White," who shot "Trayvon the Black," while incidentally sporting  the seemingly Semitic last name of  Zimmerman, who was actually Hispanic, but who is now what the Times refers to as a White, therefore engendering their actual label of  "White Hispanic" (no joke) and this, once again,  according to the NY Times. Now, in noting that Zimmerman's mother is Hispanic and his father is White, we simply cannot help but to inform the NY Times that, according to US census traditions and the rules of partus sequitur ventrem, the actual identified race of the child will always follow the Mother, ostensibly making Zimmerman officially Hispanic.

However, if we put that aside, just for a moment, and use just a bit of the New York Times' revisionistic rules, we can then confidently state that Obama, the Alinsky Radical, using the faulty logic of the Times, is actually a Black-White.  But, alas, here comes the bad news. In America,  this would also mean that we, unfortunately, have yet to install an officially certified Black man into the White House, once again, using only the NY Times revised race rules.

Now....I mean really! We have gone through all of this pain and community organzing angst, race warfare, class warfare, financial upheaval, redistribution, you name it,  in having to pick what we un-thought was a black, Neo-Marxist, for our President and yet, according to the New York Times, and while applying  either the rules of partus sequitur ventrem, making Obama White, or even the NY Times rules, making Obama Black-White, we still don't have a certified Ebony in the White House, Heaven help us all?

But it gets even worse from there, because, then, True un-Believers Sharpton and Jackson got involved and began inciting the Messiah's masses to a fever-pitch even while Trayvon Martin's resiliently responsible parents were literally having to plead for the Axis Press, El Magnifico and the Democrats to stop the race-baiting, in concert with their also dealing with the terrible loss of a child. The un-President, you see, having noted the chaos unfolding and not wanting to "let a good crisis go to waste," did what any decent, community organizing, Marxist, un-President would do and quickly implied a racist component, by stating:

"If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon"

And whoosh! the fire was raging almost completely out of control,  as all of the Left's glowing, demonically red-tinged, eyes now vindictively lasered in on Zimmerman, who not being stupid, fled from the public eye and into hiding, not to be seen again along with an illegal $10,000 Black Panther bounty hanging over his still-scarred head, to boot.

Meanwhile, and even worse,  as all of this axial angst was raging in Center Ring, the US Congress stealthily decided that while the Media and everyone else was otherwise engaged,  now was as good a time as any to act and actually voted upon and passed a bill that found Obama's "Black-White" hand itching to sign it, no doubt, due to its stark, anti-Constitutional, anti-free speech components.

A fact that's gotten completely lost, with regard to this bill and public attention, is simply this; Trayvon Martin was actually shot dead on February 26, the case then slowly began to come to a public boil on or about  March the 7th, which was about the time that this particular bill, H.R. 347, was being signed into law. Labeled as The “Federal Restricted Buildings and Grounds Improvement Act of 2011,”  its core boasts a blatant assault on the First Amendment, which guarantees U.S. citizens the right to freedom of Religion, freedom to peacefully Assemble, freedom of the Press, freedom to Petition, and freedom of Speech,  (RAPPS).

You see upon passage of this bill, it actually became a Federal crime to assemble to petition and freely speak out against the government or even a protected person whenever or wherever the Secret Service is  also present within the United States.

Currently, there are approximately 4,500 Secret Service agents who are authorized to protect certain persons designated who are at risk, to include in part:

• The president, the vice president, (or other individuals next in order of succession to the Office of the President), the president-elect and vice president-elect
• Major presidential and vice presidential candidates, and their spouses within 120 days of a general presidential election
• Other individuals as designated per Executive Order of the President

So, basically, our Constitution crushing Commissar now has the power to use the Secret Service at his discretion (read: convenience) to silence U.S. citizens and strip them of their most basic Constitutional right--as he sees fit and for his purposes predicated on location and identification .

Now, how in the world did this bill ever make it through the Republican House in order to become law? Well, 164 Democrats voted "Aye."  No surprises whatsoever there.  But here's the thing that has us fuming: 224 Republicans voted "Aye," two voted "Nay," and 42 voted "Abstain." The point here, beyond the quite obvious, is that this law essentially denies several Constitutional rights in one fell swoop, and is certainly not what we have elected our Representatives in Washington to facilitate.

Nor did the American people opt for a collection of Congressional pushovers, including those within the Tea Party, to go and represent them as, in effect, the establishment's "knee-jerk bitches" in Congress, to do with as they so please and at the pleasures of our self-crowned, Un-King. But even worse, going back to the part of the law that states:

"Major presidential candidates and vice-presidential candidates within 120 days of a presidential election (under Secret Service protection)."

This, would in essence, now mean that within approximately four months of an election, whatever you might be doing around either your most liked, or least favored candidates, you best not be protesting or holding up some sort of sign that seems to be castigating a "protected" candidate, or you could find yourself in jail for one year, according to the letter of the law.

But then, after all of this,  believe it or not, things actually got even queerer. You see, after Obama Providentially re-lit the torch of racial fires, it was time to jet off to South Korea and attend a nuclear summit in order to relight the fires of American vulnerability. At the end of the summit, and as the President sat with Puten's Left-Wing lapdog being Medvedev, Obama once again, proving himself to be the penultimate Keen of Keens, let loose a controversial exchange that could eventually spell ultimate doom for his Presidency.

As the two Leaders sat in a nearly concluded public photo session, Obama leaned over and, while assuming that his mic was off, patted the authoritarian Medvedev's hand and stated this:

"This is my last election, After my election, I have more flexibility."

Medvedev replied saying:

"I understand. I will transmit this information to Vladimir," referring to incoming President Vladimir Putin.

 

So what exactly did that short exchange mean to we Americans? Well, many could write a book about it, and some probably will, but it goes directly to the hardcore Conservative's main side-argument concerning Obama all along. You see, far too many on the far-right have been calling Obama the Manchurian Candidate, and with those few words from the President, the Manchurian Candidate case has now largely been prescribed, if not consummated.

To explain further, Obama was  directly communicating conspiratorially with one who is considered to be an illegitimate, authoritarian leader (by his own people) that Obama as President, could not concede to the Soviets nuclear/missile demands until after the election because, if he did so before, it could effect Obama's chances for being re-elected. This would, therefore, mean that Obama, if elected, would in all likelihood directly affect US National Security in deference to a belligerent state, while even yet governing against both the will and the desires of the American people. Otherwise, why should Obama be concerned about an armament agreement that could positively affect his own re-election?

Barack the Magic( Grand) Dragon: Lives in DC

So, with America already dealing with a race-baiting , Church-hating, Cloward-Piven spending, Un-President, now we are also dealing with one who was in cahoots with a largely belligerent totalitarian regime which, by the way, routinely operates against the will of its people as well. But that wasn't all that we were mindfully observing. You see many of us, after Obama's racial remarks on Trayvon, also rather naturally began watching out for other possible crimes of a racially motivated nature to see how Obama and the Media would respond to those as well, and that's where it gets even more interesting.

Suffice it to say that we weren't at all surprised, that in one particular case, which happened in North Carolina, as six men were arrested for a group assault and beating to the point of hospitalization, of a man who was of a differing race. Would Obama or the DOJ or even the Media get meaningfully  involved in this one as well?

Indeed, no, became the answer, because the racial mixtures were all wrong, apparently. In this case, the man beaten and in the hospital was white and the men doing the beating were black. The White House responded with silence.

But there was a second case in which two British students were murdered in Florida, once again, by an "ethnic" who shot them in cold blood as they pled for their lives. But once again, the response from the White House and largely the Media, in this case of a Black on White double murder, was nothing but crickets chirping in unison. So deafening was the silence, in fact, that the UK parents of these young men wrote three letters to the White House requesting at least some words of condolence based on the President's prior statements concerning other such crimes on his most favored race. However, the White House did not deign to respond at all.

Or what about the plight of a young white female student in Texas who was  assaulted by a group of teenage Blacks taunting the 13 year-old girl, and other students for being White. The school responded by stating that the gym was off-limits and no one should have been there. In other words, it was the young girls fault, prompting the parent to actually pull his daughter from the school in fear for her safety. Obama's response? Nothing.

Or there was the brutal savaging  of two elderly grandparents in Oklahoma, one murdered and raped, the other beaten to the point of hospitalization by a 20 year-old, once again, who was Black. Did Obama sound off on this possible racial crime? Complete and total silence, once again.

Meanwhile, Back at the Hypocryphal...

In fact, this was but a sampling of many similar crimes, which have recently occurred in the US, and yet all the usually very vocal suspects simply appear to not even care. Is this by design or is there yet another double standard at play? But the hypocrisy of the Left and its Leaders did not end even here, as the Trayvon Martin saga continued and even intensified with the Leftist media now utilizing fraudulently doctored audio tapes in order to further their extreme racial animosity agenda, even while completely ignoring the truth of the previously described crimes.

In this particular instance, the 911 call, from Zimmerman, was edited by NBC in order to make Zimmerman appear as if his suspicions were being aroused predicated only on the fact that Martin was black. Zimmerman had actually volunteered the statement "He looks black" to the 911 operator according to NBC. But, what actually happened was that the 911 operator asked Zimmerman the question: "Is he White, Black or Hispanic?" Thereby prompting Zimmerman's statement: "He looks Black."

According to the Washington Posts' Eric Wemple,  NBC News had, once caught by those in the Conservative Media, started an internal investigation into why the Zimmerman 911 audio was selectively edited by NBC apparatchiks. In our commentary in reporting the incident, I had stated on April the 1st:

"This will most likely end up with NBC later coming out with a conclusion of  "it was simply journalistic oversight," with NBC taking pains to "make sure this doesn't happen again," as if it doesn't happen every single minute, at this Nimble Broadcasting Communist operation. I also pointed out "Remember, you read our prophetic conclusions as to what will actually happen, here first."

On April the third our predictions came true, here is how NBC responded:

During our investigation it became evident that there was an error made in the production process that we deeply regret. We will be taking the necessary steps to prevent this from happening in the future and apologize to our viewers.

So, can we cook or what? Incidentally, on April the 7th, we learned that the unnamed senior producer had been fired by NBC.

Obama and the...Uh... Supremes

But, as the angst in the Martin case began to slide slowly into the near-background, another set of events was unfolding soon thereafter, which saw our intrepid, race-baiting President, actually shake the foundations of the US Government, even after already having cracked the foundations of US racial harmony, mangling the US economy, and mutating America's Medical system, much like a distant nuclear blast, in each case.  Indeed, it's the fallout that eventually gets you.

Obama, in a press conference on April the 2nd, had actually begun a series of ad hominem attacks on the US Supreme Court,  which started by him stating that he was confident that the Supreme Court would uphold the Healthcare law, because the mandate was in accordance with "uh....precedent out there" and because "it's Constitutional." Powerfully empty arguments indeed, it should be noted.

Obama further stated, "That's just not my opinion, by the way, but that's based upon legal experts across the ideological spectrum...uh...including two very conservative appellate court justices, uh....that said this wasn't even a close case." "Indeed, many would agree with the President that it's not a close case, but for differing reasons that go towards the prevailing initial arguments of the Justices."  Those arguments being, that if the Government can make you buy a health policy and call it interstate commerce, where is it even possible to draw the line in future possible government mandates?

Obama: That's just not my opinion, by the way, but that's based upon legal experts across the ideological spectrum...uh...including two very conservative appellate court justices, uh....that said this wasn't even a close case."

The President then went through a litany of arguments trying to resell the mandate based upon availability of healthcare and the fact that 2.6 million Americans now have coverage that ordinarily wouldn't have had coverage. Obama also repeatedly referenced a "lack of healthcare." When, in fact, the Obamacare mandate, rather than focusing on ways to provide affordable insurance coverage to  the uninsured, has actually focused on mangling the policies of those who already had coverage and who were exceedingly satisfied with it.

Obama went further in noting that many people are now receiving preventative care who were not in the past, while failing to note that preventative care measures, especially for women, have been scaled back considerably in the form of recommended intervals for PAP screenings and mammograms.

But finally, Obama stated that he hoped that the Supreme Court would not take the unprecedented, extraordinary step, of overturning a law that was passed by "a ...uh....strong majority of a Democratically elected Congress." And in this particular Obama point, we wonder if Obama believes that the Supreme Court is totally unaware of the sausage making aspect of getting this particular law to pass, behind closed and locked doors where the opposition party had absolutely no input whatsoever and bribes were used continually to gain approval from unbelieving moderate Democrats, never mind that there was certainly no strong majority, but just the opposite.

Obama didn't stop there, however, when he sharply criticized what the Court might do by calling out Conservative Pundits who take issue with bench activism. The plain fact is that the Supreme Court is not making law, and certainly isn't being activist, when it rules on the constitutionality of such laws by following the law, it's simply doing its job as one of the three separate but equal powers of a government, previously dedicated to the premise of checks and balances.

The Jawbone of an Ass

The People's response to Obama's unwitting outrage was overwhelming, to put it mildly, but then and finally, another branch of government would respond and not a little to the people's delight.

Now, we all know, very well, that Obama's greatest talents appear to be largely concentrated within his jawbone appendage. But we wondered if Obama's skill-set, being of a remarkably singular nature, had sparked a judicial crisis of sorts? In a report in which Shannon Bream of Fox News contributed, we then saw that non other than a Federal Appeals Court has taken issue with Obama's extreme rhetoric:

A federal appeals court is striking back after President Obama cautioned the Supreme Court against overturning the health care overhaul and warned that such an act would be "unprecedented."

A three-judge panel for the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals on Tuesday ordered the Justice Department to explain by Thursday whether the administration believes judges have the power to strike down a federal law.

A letter from the court instructs the Justice Department to provide an explanation of "no less than three pages, single spaced" by noon on Thursday.

But it didn't end there. According to CBS news, a report filed by Jan Crawford points to an escalating battle between the White House and the judiciary:

Mr. Obama all but threw down the gauntlet with the justices, saying he was "confident" the Court would not "take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress."

Overturning a law of course would not be unprecedented -- since the Supreme Court since 1803 has asserted the power to strike down laws it interprets as unconstitutional. The three-judge appellate court appears to be asking the administration to admit that basic premise -- despite the president's remarks that implied the contrary.

 

According to Crawford, a separate but related healthcare mandate case was being tried when a Lawyer from the Justice Department, in the course of his arguments before the court, apparently bridged the gap in such a way that actually forced the Appeals Court Judge to interrupt as follows from Crawford's report:

Now, as remarkable as it may seem, all of these events unfolded and came to a head in only a scant seven days, all at the hands of a radical sitting President of the United States. This resultantly should cause a symphony of head scratching to occur at the outrageous implausibility of it all, if nothing else.

However, the simple fact is that with these last seven day, and after four years of Obama as president, the US has plunged backwards, perhaps even a generation or more, with regard to virtually every sector of American Society. From race, class and even political ideology to poverty, wealth and even education. No province of American Exceptionalism has gone undamaged, virtually no sector of the US economy has seen any improvement and absolutely no American has gone unblemished at the ravages that Obama's unbelievable transformation has wrought.

People who have never thought about these things, as ascribed before, are now thinking about them, and meaningfully, but not necessarily in the best of ways.
