The ongoing deficit battle, which many had feared would shut down the US Government, has seemingly been averted, but only for now. We can probably expect these "shutdown scenarios" to be played out several more times at least in the upcoming weeks, if not months, as both the hypocrisy and the disingenuity of those who simply cannot understand the import of America's spending problem is paraded out for all the world to see. more »
